We recently had the pleasure of tinting this 2023 Tesla Model 3. Its owners reached out to us because they wanted to add heat rejection and privacy. The windows were not tinted at all so this allowed them flexibility when selecting a shade. Our tints are available in several different shades to choose from.
They decided that the best fit for their needs would be a single layer ceramic tint. Ceramic tint is an excellent choice when reducing heat is a priority and it is also budget friendly all while being higher performing in terms of heat rejection. They also decided they wanted to tint the sunroof.
Although the stock tint does offer some shade, adding a reflective tint will significantly reduce heat from the direct sun as well. Both these tints offer added comfort and will also help conserve energy by lowering temperatures. The owners of this Tesla Model 3 can also expect UV protection from the suns harmful rays. Neither of these tints will interfere with GPS, satellite, or cell reception.
