This beautiful Winter Park residence was recently in need of privacy. The Homeowners contacted us because they had several large windows at the front and back of the house that allowed a clear view into the residence, something they were not happy with. They had two large sidelights that especially allowed any passersby to peek in.
We scheduled a free consultation with them and our team was able to go over all of their concerns. They shared that they wanted privacy for these windows and they also wanted heat rejection. During the free consultation, our team was able to take measurements, and present them with different samples of tint that would suit their needs. They decided on a dark neutral tint. This tint will offer excellent glare and heat rejection on the exterior but will not be reflective on the interior.
