We recently had the pleasure of working on this 2021 GMC Sierra 1500. The owners brought it because they needed to make some changes to the windshield tint it currently had on it. They wanted to remove the old tint and replace it with something that would offer heat rejection and they also wanted to add some shade.
After hearing their needs, our team recommended a double-layer ceramic tint. This double-layer ceramic tint will offer the highest heat rejection available on the market. It’s also available in several shades so they’ll be able to choose whatever they are most comfortable with. This double-layer ceramic tint offers excellent UV protection as well as heat rejection and it won’t interfere with cell reception, GPS, or satellite. For shade, they added a sun strip in a traditional darkening tint. This traditional darkening tint is an excellent option when privacy and shade are your main concern. It will do a great job of offering relief when driving with a front-facing sun.
